Families will benefit from the admission of applicants and their family nucleus to programs of the Sena National Learning Service, so that they can participate in the offer, training, technical training and special projects for the generation of rural employment and urban.

Likewise, the Court ordered the Land Restitution Unit and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to include the applicants in productive projects, rural housing subsidies, adaptation program, and land technical assistance.

The applicants returned to their territory, after more than 20 years of displacement, after an armed group belonging to the paramilitaries entered the area to intimidate the population.

In the early 2000s, in the municipalities of ChiriguanĂ¡ and CurumanĂ­, paramilitaries committed multiple murders, extortions, and intimidation in order to gain social and territorial control of the area, a situation that led to the massive displacement of the community made surrounding towns.
