The 1-1-1 rule is fulfilled, that is, an amount of each of the ingredients must be added: 1 glass of fine oat flakes , 1 glass of milk and 1 banana (better if it is ripe, since it will sweeten more).

It is important that the glass of milk and the oat flakes are the same size. It can be bigger (you'll get more pancakes) or smaller, that doesn't matter, but you have to add the same amount -by volume- of milk as oat flakes .

How to cook pancakes

The most important thing is to have everything at hand and prepared before lighting the fire: the bowl with the already mashed mixture, a ladle, a spatula and a plate. Otherwise, we run the risk of burning or sticking if we spend more than enough cooking time. Let's do it:

1. In a container, add 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of oat flakes and 1 banana. It is better if it is large, since the texture of the pancake will be more fluffy.

2. Mix all the ingredients with the blender. If you see that the mixture is excessively liquid, you can add half a banana more.
